Practice Resumes Thursday
Welcome to the Class of 2012!
After a year culminating in the amazing China performances, the Class of 2012 joins the Lancers this Thursday. Practice runs at 6Pm - 8PM, and starts at 6 sharp.
Band camp freshman orientation is Sunday, August 17th with band camp sessions running the week of August 18th. Please check the calendar at the bottom of this page or on the calendar page for details!

In perhaps the defining moment of the trip, the Londonderry High School Marching Lancers and Color Guard members post atop the Great Wall.

The first performance was a great success, and we are still waiting for photos and information about the parade will be through the streets of a historic district in Beijing known as Gaobeidan, as well as other performances. With the limited time (the schedule is VERY hectic, and that is an understatement) we hope more photos will be posted soon. A lot more will be posted on their return, but we will try and post what we can. Older stories from this page move to the China Trip page. Thank you to the chaperones who were able to share these!

The Londonderry Lancers, the largest marching band to participate at this event, will march representing the U.S. in the over two-mile official pre-Olympic event.

Auction Net Lancers Help in Getting to China!
Hundreds of businesses donated items, and hundreds showed for the first Lancer Auction. 259 members of the Marching Lancers and Colorguard will be performing at the Olympic Cultural Festival in June.
